I can definitely say that the owners, Snow and her husband have been nothing less than professional both times that I've been there. Snow waxed my eyebrows and did a fantastic job. They are the only reason that I graciously gave them two stars. The technician who did my nails both times, June, is the reason why they lost the other three stars. She's very aggressive while performing the service, her communication is lacking and as a result, both times that she did my nails, there were issues after the fact. I'm am so happy with my nails mr.chip did he is so awesome he took his time and was very sweet Tracy's is a 10/10 nail shop mr.chip takes his time to make sure everything is fabulous I'll be back in 2 weeks

Absolutely love getting my nails done there. She and her husband absolute sweet hearts. I'm not gonna say I'm always satisfied, cuz even when I'm not satisfied, I'm never disappointed with the service they provide and I continue to return.
