Finally got my patio cover replaced! It was missing pieces of metal and had leaks everywhere when it rained. Purlins were rusted, it was in bad shape! Called around and got a few bid. Not going to mention names but one first name is close to an onion that Outback sales and the second name is the last name of an old sitcom Sanford and …. McKnight not only beat their bid by a mile but did WAY MORE than the other. They boxed the patio in and even added MORE PURLINS. I can’t say enough on how good of a job they did. I found Mr. McKnight fair to work with and responsive to communications. His crews were clean and very knowledgeable at their craft. I really appreciate his and his craftsman willingness to talk through the project and make great suggestions that ultimately improved my building beyond what I would have known to do.
