This place used to be good. But now it’s a MESS and the office staff are so unhelpful. You can’t even call the Pleasanton clinic directly, you have to call the general line and wait for a call back. They’ve apparently changed their policies with no notice to current patients, where they don’t accept Aetna anymore even though their website says “San Antonio and surrounding areas accept Aetna”. They also will drop you as a patient with no notice if you haven’t come in in 2 years (I was less than 2 years and they still dropped me with no notice) and they don’t refer you elsewhere, you’re on your own! At first seems great but they don't care if your suffering they only want see you every 6 months ... And knowing there a issue causing pain she says there nothing she can do for me. And leave me suffering! Looking at treatments for the issue online has many options she doesn't consider

I recently had an unexpected medical emergency that required immediate attention, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care and compassion I received WellMed at Pleasanton. From the moment I arrived at the emergency room to the day of my discharge, the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding.
