Staff members and doctor were friendly and polite. Dr Prough was thorough with the exam and ensured I am getting the best possible prescription for my delicate eye issue which has been lifelong.
Initially, I gave three stars because my contacts are on backorder, but that's not their fault. They have been in contact with me, updating me on the situation and providing me with free trial pairs while we wait. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and it just feels nice to be welcomed in.
I have been going there for several years. Everyone is so nice and polite. They treat you with respect and take care of every need you have. My whole family Goes there. I want to thank everyone there for taking care of my family.
