I don't usually get massage.

Asked if 30% tip was good enough and was laughed at 😅.

I don't mind doing bigger tip at all... But to laugh instead of being respectful? I don't understand.

Very unprofessional! I called to see availability, lady on the phone said come right in. I live 2 miles (10minutes) from this place. I walked in, lady came out & said they were too busy. There wasn't a single car in the parking lot. Never trying this place again.

Weird. I was asked to pay first; I did and left a tip. Massage was good, more therapeutic than relaxing. Masseuse took a phone call on speaker phone for a good while during the massage - not relaxing. At the end of massage she used phone translator to ask for $20 cash. I had already left a tip so gave her an extra $10 cash I had and told her that was it; this was nearly $20 tip then. She kept nicely insisting I had to give her $20 more, in cash. Not sure what's going on there.
