She gave me all the tips and products to keep my hair healthy and I ended up buying some Kerastase shampoo and conditioner from them. I love how she styles my hair at the end too. “Really appreciate Nam and all that she has done for my skin. I started going in June because my skin was acting up pretty badly. I had cystic acne along my jawline and hairline and no matter what I did, it wasn’t getting any better. I even went to a dermatologist and they couldn’t make it any better - I was using tretinoin and winlevi for a very long time and I still had congestion and acne.

By August, my skin was looking much better. And now it’s October and my skin is almost perfect. The hyperpigmentation is almost gone and I have so much less congestion. On top of monthly treatments, she helps me create the perfect regimen. I really appreciate that she works with the products I currently have and educates me on the best ways to use them. Like for example, I had the Dermalogica daily microfoliant and I hated it until she taught me how to properly use it and now I consider it a holy grail, among the sunscreen, moisturizer and cleanser that she recommended. My skin hasn’t been this clear in the past 2-3 years.“

I felt overcharged, didn’t clean my previous acrylic powder properly but charged for full amount her reason was because my nail was thin but on other fingers it could be clean normally, trust me I’ve been to SO MANY from high end to random nail salons in dallas. I also didn’t know they charge for “shape”. I thought my shape and length was normal (not extra long not crazy) probably for other people is acceptable but just a no in my opinion. Gave 15% tips and won’t come back.“
