Trotter Air was responsive and very thorough when we needed a new system. They took the time to explain what was needed and why, and answered all of our questions throughout the process. On installation day, the owners were onsite to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were taken care of. This is a wonderful family business with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them—Sean and Chris were fantastic!

After having been with one of the large HVAC companies that spends lots of money on TV commercials and whose Technicians earn commissions, I asked neighbors for recommendations when our AC went out and a number of them recommended Trotter Air Services. This family run business came to my house and within minutes diagnosed the problem and fixed the AC. It's refreshing to see an honest HVAC company when it's becoming a rarity in this business. I highly recommend Sean Trotter and his team.
