Plano TeamLogic IT completely exceeded my expectations. My administrative assistants' home PC apparently had been hacked.I met a TeamLogic employee in Plano, gave him the PC. Alex is amazing. I spent 12 hours with QB support and they never could help with a serious problem I had with what they said was a corrupt company file. I was devastated. Out of the blue, I found TeamLogic and gave them a call thinking what have I got to lose? I spoke to Alex and within 30 minutes, he not only found the corrupt file, but was able to restore it and get my system up and working once again. I am over joyed with the competence of this IT professional. I can't say enough about the competence of Alex's understanding of systems.Thank you, Alex for working out this and saving me from trying to recreate the entire 2022 year of financials.

I have been using Team Logic for a few years. I always know they will complete my request for help is a speedy professional manner. There are hundreds of IT companies in this area but none as as good as Team Logic.
