Swan Roofing is a top notch company. Insurance did not want to pay when my roof was hail damaged. Mark Lenzer went above and beyond to provide me with everything needed to get this claim processed. His years of experience proved valuable in convincing insurance this roof needed to be replaced. Even though it was a small job, he didn't treat it that way. He took care of my home as if it were his own. I couldn't be happier with my new roof. It is beautiful!

We had our roof replaced by another company in 2023, but experienced water infiltration to 2 rooms during short-lived but heavy storms last week. Our original roofer blamed leaf debris buildup, but that didn't seem to fully explain the large amount of water that came into our home. I called Swan for a 2nd opinion. Mark came out within 24 hours, did a thorough assessment, took pictures, answered questions, and made suggestions as to where the leak may have occurred and recommendation/estimate to repair. Soon after buying my house in Plano my roof was damaged by hail. I called every roofer on the list my insurance agent gave me, and Swan was the only one to show up. Nearly 25 years later I did not hesitate to go with Swan again, and I am very pleased with both results and price.
