We had our roof replaced by another company in 2023, but experienced water infiltration to 2 rooms during short-lived but heavy storms last week. Our original roofer blamed leaf debris buildup, but that didn't seem to fully explain the large amount of water that came into our home. I called Swan for a 2nd opinion. Mark came out within 24 hours, did a thorough assessment, took pictures, answered questions, and made suggestions as to where the leak may have occurred and recommendation/estimate to repair.
