I've gone here twice now and each time I've had an excellent experience with my stylist. Just a haircut each time. Pleasant and professional, helpful with styling advice, and overall just nice.

My experience at Supercuts has been hit-and-miss. I generally accept the “first-available” stylist, which is probably why my experience has varied from “excellent” to “truly awful.” It seems that my best haircuts have been with the older, more-experienced stylists, whereas the newer employees tend to be less sure of the uniform cutting methods Supercuts is known for and usually give the not-so-great cuts. I think from now on I’ll stick with the experienced stylists—even if that means waiting longer for them to become available. Super awesome! I barely get my haircut and I made mention of it even. The young woman who did my wash and haircut was purely amazing. She was the perfect amount of talkative and pleasant in her personality as well as she answered all of my silly questions about hair care. I will definelty be back for my "yearly haircut".Jk, I'll try to come more often i swear!Thank you so much, I love my hair and I left feeling awesome.
