Edit* Serene pools was bought by gold medal pools. Gold medal pools is also no longer our pool company. They were terrible.Serene pools is not a company I'm used to these days. This company reminds me of a time when customers were valued. When your work was an extension of who you are and made you proud. This entire Company- from Melanie, Maynor to Jason who has helped us time after time after time is simply great people... To thier core. These folks care about their customers.Example 1 of MANY:We were quoted thousands for a heater because no one wanted to take the time to actually find out what was wrong with our system. Jason and Melanie were fantastic in working hard to get my pool repaired after a majority of the parts were damaged from a winter freeze. Jason provided me several used parts he had in his shop to expedite the repairs. One of the parts he provided free of charge was actually discontinued and that alone saved me $2000 by eliminating the need to refit a brand new filtering system. When it was all said and done, they felt more like family than a pool company.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jason came out to fix a busted pipe on our pool after the freeze. This is his 3rd time to my house. Every time he comes out the job is done right and he always goes the extra mile.
