One of the best Sephora experiences I’ve ever had. Silvia was so nice and helpful, she is the reason I would drive out of my way just to shop at this location. She was by herself and had many customers, but found a perfect way to balance everything. She is knowledgeable and very very helpful! I really enjoyed my shopping experience, and my bf says the same thing! Silvia was so patient, kind, and answered all of our questions with a smile!! Good job Silvia keep it up!! We need more reps like you at every store!!

Walked in last minute because all of the other Sephora stores were closed. Risha was very helpful and attentive with shade matching. She was personable and had great customer service

This is a brand new beautiful store that was freshly built for Kohl's and Sephora cosmetics. It opened on November 11, 2022. The nearby Kohl's store located at 4708 W. Spring Creek Parkway has closed. I know that most retail stores since the pandemic now usually carry less inventory on hand and it appears that this store is no exception. The sales staff that I interacted with were all friendly and helpful and happy to work there. That is a wonderful thing! They have wonderful mini shopping carts that can hold a child with safety straps in addition to rolling plastic baskets.
