Not a good first impression. Online website was great and I got a reminder e-mail so I would not forget. No one was onsite when I showed up for my appointment. I spent a long time searching for the unit as it wasn't clearly labeled. I tried calling the number on the website to see what happened to my appointment and I did not get an answer or even a voice prompt. Just a beep. Glad I did not pre-pay online.
