I had the best experience I have had in years with stylist Jamil this week. My shampoo was so relaxing and I love a rigorous cleanse felt like a head massage. My hair turned out wonderful soft bouncy and she only had to do one pass with the flat iron. Her technique and customer services was phenomenal. I have been here a few times and the experience varies but never bad. I continue to book because the atmosphere is nice and it’s a very clean salon and I can see everyone has good practices. Jamil was professional and engaging with me I look forward to my next appointment.

First time at pressed roots. My stylist was Ashley she spoke with me every step of the way let me know what my expectations were, and when I was done, my hair looked healthy. Thank you, Ashley. You did an amazing job. The experience Would have been A1 if the two ladies at the front were not arguing which they work there and I thought it was very disrespectful not just to the customers but also to other employees. Even when they were asked to move their conversation to the back, they refused.
