I had a really great experience with Gwendolyn. She is clearly very knowledgeable about reflexology, and you can tell she is being intentional with her work rather than just doing something to fill the time. She checked in with me throughout the session about pressure and comfort, which made me feel listened to and cared for. The foot wash was especially wonderful and felt like a meaningful part of the reflexology process, not just an add-on. Overall, the session was relaxing, thoughtful, and professional, and I would definitely recommend her services.

I recently had a complimentary restorative massage with Gwendolyn at Peaceful Escape, and I was completely blown away. I don't typically get massages, so I was very intrigued that Gwendolyn is a medical massage therapist who specializes in reflexology.

Without ever having met me before, she was able to tell me things about my health (like my tension, seasonal allergies and sleep patterns) just by working on my feet during a soak.
