If I could zero starts, I would. I have been going here for 15 years and had an article of clothing ruined for the first time. I thought I could reach out to the owner, but instead was met with disrespect. If you want to be treated with disrespect and have clothes ruined, then this is the place for you. The manager, Stewart, was completely disrespectful and would not even listen to me. Never again will I bring my clothes to this place. I highly recommend finding another place if you want to be treated with respect. There many other dry cleaning places out there that will appreciate their customers and not ruin their clothes.

Avoid this business at all costs! They damaged my items and, despite having clear evidence, are refusing to take responsibility. I have both before-and-after pictures as proof, and even their own camera footage provided by the owner supports my claim (owner failed to provider footage from the time that we picked up the item). Stewart Gwature, the owner, has shown himself to be unprofessional and lacks a basic understanding of customer service principles. Due to their unacceptable behavior, I am pursuing this matter in court to make an example of how NOT to conduct business in the state of Texas and city of Plano.

No one answers the phone, not even an answering machine. Hours of operation are incorrectly posted. Dropped off my son's jeans at opening on Friday and they need them for graduation. Can't pick up same day, they won't be ready until Monday at 5.
