My name is **************************I have been trying with little success with getting this company to communicate with me. my husband who has recently deceased hired this company to manage our property through leasing while he was working out of country under a military contract. Although I made my intentions known with his death certificate,special warranty deed and the affidavit of facts concerning identity of heirs they still won't answer my calls. I made it clear when I presented those documents how important It is to notify the current tenants that when their lease expires on November 2023 it will not be renewed because me and my kids will be moving back into our home. To date, park one have not informed me that these people have been notified. In the event someone does except my call, he will only lie and say he will get back to you but will not or agree to meet with you but will not show up .Additionally, in my letter dated September 12, 2023 I Expressed the importance knowing the date that they could have my house ready for me to reclaim because due to my husband's sudden passing I have to return to ***** to Finalize some pressing business so knowing this information is critical for my planning. I have never experienced a company that is so blatantly unprofessional. I can only hope that the BBB could help me with this matter.

Worst property managers I've seen in my life! Their house are in abysmal condition, nothing ever works, most maintenance requests are being ignored, even emergency calls that threaten severe damage to the house.When we rented from Park One, we had to fix emergency issues ourselves and the non-emergency problems were simply piling up.If you are a tenant, they will steal money from your security deposit under the most ridiculous pretenses and then ignore your attempts to contact them.If you are a property owner, prepare for your house to turn into a dilapidated mess within several years.
