Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. After they finish their work they do not ever want to come back to your house. I had to argue to even get someone to say they would come and check on my doors, and the whole time they were talking to me like I was an idiot. Then, they never actually came. I even waited a few more days thinking they were busy, but when I called I received no answer or call back. I am a highly unsatisfied and angry customer.
