It was great working wiht Dun-Rite. It was a pleasant experience from the initial phone call with the receptionist to the actual service call. Our technician AKEM was very nice, thorough and professional. He did a great job of helping us understand our issues we were having. We will be using this company again in the future.

I recently hired Nick from Dun-Rite to service my air conditioner, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was exceptional. They were prompt in scheduling an immediate appointment.
On the day of the service, Nick arrived and jumped on it. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit.
Not only did he fix the problem efficiently, but he also provided quotes for a new unit when the time comes for replacement.

I got a new Ac/Heat unit at my home.
The guys worked all day and when they left all was well. The unit quit cooling so I gave them a call. One of the original crew , Jackson Molinaro , immediately came over and fixed the problem.
No problems since!
