Wonderful staff. Last year I visited this place. My vision scan showed some abnormality. The Doctor cared enough to tell me to get an MRI just to make sure everything was okay. The glasses arrrived in a reasonable time frame.
I cannot recommend Dr.Ly enough, he takes time to explain any concerns he has and genuinely cares about his patients. The rest of the staff is always great and I happen to have the pleasure to be helped by Edgar who walked me through what my insurance plan covers and what works best with my budget. 10/10 will always recommend!
I had a great experience with Dr. Johnson Ly at 2313 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX. He is gentle, soft-spoken, and really listens to your concerns. He clearly explains the issues and recommends what works best for you.
Dr. Ly suggested that I try sample contact lenses before placing the actual order, which helped me choose the right and most comfortable pair.
The staff is equally amazing — especially Amy, who was so helpful and attentive. When I went to place an order for contacts, she recommended getting my vision checked first to make sure I didn’t end up with the wrong prescription.
