James is as legit as it comes when it comes down to instructors, just take a look at his resume. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for high quality martial arts instruction. Great vibes, great instructors, great people, and awesome facilities.
Recently my kenpo martial arts school close and was looking for somewhere to train! For many months I watched the content at McSweeny online and knew this was a great school and then the time came to join! Been here a few weeks now and I must say, Mr McSweeny has not only the top notch school in DFW, he is a top notch instructor on all levels and from the time I walked in! His instructors are also amazing and super helpful as are the students I train with! Many of which have helped me get up to speed on kickboxing! So happy I joined McSweeny martial arts and look forward to many years here under Mr McSweeny !
The Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu classes are amazing. The atmosphere is very positive and the coaches train you really well, always motivating you to give your best. They help me unlock my potential, release energy, and feel stronger both physically and mentally. It’s not an expense, it’s an investment in my health and well-being. I truly enjoy it and highly recommend it!
