My neighbor across the street referred me to Lonestar when I discovered that our air was not working at 3:30 upon returning home. I called and spoke with Mary who was wonderful and calmed me down. She assured me someone would be out that day. She called me back in a few minutes saying Joe was on his way to my home. In under a little over an hour from my first phone call to her, our air was diagnosed as a thermostat issue. Joe was great and checked everything inside and out. I will never call another air repair- they are awesome. Great people who care about people- hard to find.

Exceptional service, as always. Our unit wasn't blowing cold air, so I called at 8 AM when they opened. My system was back up and running in less than 2 hours. Nathan is always courteous and professional; he took time to chat about and check up on how we'd been, while he was fixing the unit. It was like having a friend or neighbor come over and help you out, and their rates are more than fair. I have worked with thousands of HVAC companies in my career and personal life, and can tell who the good ones are. Lone Star Comfortaire is THE best. Make them your first and only call!
