Freddie is an exceptional employee with Levy and Son. He is extremely knowledgeable and does everything in his power to satisfy the customer. In my unsolicited opinion, he needs a raise.
Called them on Christmas Day due to AC not working in 77 degree weather and. Christmas dinner heating up the house, the service experts arrived and solved the problem post haste. Thank you.
