Legacy Alterations was recommended to me by my bridal shop and I went through two rounds of alterations with them. Both times I was treated with patience, respect and attentiveness. I worked with Nagwa the most and she is absolutely AMAZING! After losing a bunch of weight right before my wedding, I was in tears that my dress did not fit how I wanted it to anymore. Nagwa spent so much time listening to me and helping me make my dress fit how I liked it again. I ended up getting 18 bustles on my dress and Nagwa made sure to color code them and practiced bustling the dress with us multiple times. She was so comforting and understanding through the whole process especially when I was getting close to the wedding and was feeling stressed. You always hear that people will remember how you make them feel and here I am 3 months after my wedding still thankful for how she made me feel. She treated me with such compassion and I am forever grateful to her! I will 100% recommend Nagwa to all of my friends!
