This place is amazing. If you want your pet to be pampered and well loved this is the place to come. The staff are so kind and caring.

Never bringing my dog here again! Picked him up & hair EVERYWHERE! He’s been non stop humping toys since I’ve picked him up & he’s never done this!

The staff were very kind, and discussed with me how I would like my dog to be groomed. He looks great!

I picked my dog up and had to wash him over. I called nicely to explain to the owner. I also sent pictures of the dirt that came off my dog meaning he wasn’t washed at all. He said he will talk to his head groomer bc she knows how to wash. I will not return bc of the way he handled the situation. He was cut out but washed.

DO NOT take your dog here. These people have zero clue what they are doing and they do not know how to handle dogs. The “owner” claims I was rude to their staff when the employees were aggressive with my dogs, employee proceeded to ask me to hold down the dog so she could cut the nails, i felt so uncomfortable that I decided to leave midway through the process. The employees were being rude in spanish not knowing im latin. Believe me, I would never take my dogs here again if YOU paid ME.

We have been bringing out dog Cosmo to Sebastian for 2 years. I made an appointment with him for my dog’s grooming and suddenly the groomer onsite didn’t know how to groom a labradoodle. Don’t waste your time and money here. We made the appointment with Sebastian and he didn’t honor the appointment. Looking for a new groomer. Edited to add: Like I said in the text message you sent me your groomer lied to you. She told me that she would have to shave his ears. This business has a history of unethical behavior and this isn’t the first incident we have had here. I will post pictures of his ears. I scheduled online with Sebastian to avoid the other groomers. The way she reacted to my dog I knew that I would not leave him with her. As I said earlier you need to reexamine the people you hire.

I wish I had read the 1 star reviews before sending my dog here... Don't do what I did. Read the 1 stars and steer clear!

They got bought out a few years ago and is sketchy now. Blacked out the windows and seem to have 0 passion about animals

I have picked this place La Pawz Dog Care accidentally instead of another groomer and just realised on the day of appointment, I was nervous because I had bad experience before. But turned out amazing my fur baby was groomed great, came back home really happy and calm. I recommend them %100. Great job!

I am so happy to find La Pawz for grooming. They listen to what I'm wanting and delivery every time. I couldn't be happier!
