I was on a call with customer support that lasted over 45 minutes without any real resolution. The first 30 minutes were spent just trying to locate my account and complete authentication. The next 15 minutes were spent with the agent trying to understand why I was even contacted. Eventually, I had to hang up due to the lack of progress.
After ending the call, I logged in through a web browser and the information appeared immediately. This suggests that the app and browser have different layouts or that the agent was unsure where to find the information in the app, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays

HORRIBLE!! These people rolled out a new dashboard in Dec 2025 on their Quickbooks Online platform. Many small businesses use this software platform and December, being end of the year and end of the quarter is very stressful. This thoughtless company decided to roll this dashboard out at the end of the year and it's a complete mess. I can't find anything that I need in a timely manner, so now I'm spending so much time trying to learn their new software instead of selling product and managing my business. I want to know who authorized this change at the end of the year, without giving small businesses any notification or opt out. Completely tone deaf company who...read full review

If I could negative stars I would. Worst customer service ever! No pricing transparency when renewing. Took forever with their answering tree to even talk to a human, which I'm pretty sure was in a foreign country. Not only was she unable to help me, she was unwilling, putting me on hold with no communication and never picked back up No, I was not unkind at all.
Going completely online: Worst idea ever! Has anyone even considered the possible implications of this. Your or their or the entire Country's internet or power system goes down, even if just a day or two, how do you plan to access your financials?
