I spent 35 min on the road for my 10:30 appointment. I waited for more than 65 mins and was still not being seen. I wasted more than two hours this morning for nothing…They don’t respect patient’s time. You will be better off if you can go somewhere else.

Really is very bad experience try to sending referral to CT scan they didn't check my insurance cover or not 2 time we went and Ct scan department refuse to do ,I search pvt Radiology assist and needs referral and they took long time Pt suffers Fever Of Un Known origin for last 45 days and didn't care. Time is flying but they only response we send our referral department

I will start this with, I am NOT personally a patient. My brother is. I called the office, asked for someone in management and the line disconnected after the receptionist asked me an incoherent question, twice.He has paraplegia and was in for his infusion today, 9/25/23. He informed them that he was not feeling well, and was struggling. They administered his meds, and that’s it. No further help, or suggestion, so he figured things were alright. He made it out to his car, and ended up completely unable to function. He was hanging out of his car for an hour, in the Texas heat, honking the horn and trying to get anyone’s attention to help.
