This is a fantastic fitness center with some great trainers who really know how to guide you through a solid workout. I've visited a few times and have always been impressed by their format—the mix of screen-led exercises and hands-on support from trainers ensures you get the moves right every time.
Bonus: it's located right next to HEB, so I often wrap up my workout with a quick grocery run. Super convenient!

F45 Plano has Amazing Instructors Who Make a Difference!
I've had the privilege of training with some of the most incredible instructors at F45, and each of them brings something special to the table.
Jane – She’s a star! Jane has a unique way of giving instructions and never forgets a face. She takes the time to remember each of her students and has taught me things that many others had given up on. What sets her apart is her dedication—she not only corrects my form in class but also sends videos afterward to help me improve. Her commitment to her students is truly unmatched.
I have been coming here for a couple of months now and may I just say Coach Bri is the absolute best. I look forward to seeing her every time and will book a class solely because she is coaching! (even when i don’t feel like going ?) She brings the energy and fun all while encouraging us to work our little booties off! She always helps me out with my form and cheers me on when I want to give up! Bri makes f45 feel like Fun 45!
