I have used about 6 HVAC companies in Dallas over the last 25 years and DT A/C is the best, and I’ve tried many of the bigger brands in the area. In the past, I felt like I was paying for someone to change my air filters when they came for my fall and spring service. Door bell rings, technician walks in with clean air filters, 10 minutes later he leaves with the dirty air filters, and I’m $400 poorer. In contrast with DT, Alan always tests the systems and the temperature it’s producing, cleans the coils in the spring, checks and replaces the humidifier canisters in the fall, and lets me know of any issues.
