We have been coming here for 5 years now. We have always had the absolute best experiences with the staff. Since my son first started here at 5 yrs old, to now, almost 10. Today we got there 25 mins early. They took him back and got him out of there before his scheduled appointment time. It took us longer to get our food next door, at sonic, than it did to get in and out of this appointment. Plus, Don, our dr, is always so great with my son. Engaging, kind, and patient with him. I had a very bad red eye and I needed to see an ophthalmologist. Fortunately, I called Texas Eye on Spring Creek Parkway and the receptionist set me an appointment the very same afternoon. Thankfully, I met Dr. Liu for the very first time and I was very impressed with his expertise and knowledge. He said I had pink eye and called in my prescription which was ready when I drove back to my part of town in 20 minutes! Just recently, for the past 2 years, I've had to see an optometrist who had Saturday hours and she could treat my pink eye issues. A wonderful doctor! Dr. Lu is Very kind, attentive, explained every single thing he was doing and at the end, even though he could, he did not try to sell me glasses. Told me I didn't need them yet. Great experience and totally recommend
