This is simply the best driving school.My instructor, was incredibly patient and made learning to drive easy and fun. I felt completely prepared for my test and passed with confidence. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their license!

I had such a good experience with this company. I paid extra for the document submission so I could avoid the DPS office which we all know can take months to get an appointment with. After a little longer than I expected I still hadn't received the email to print out my temporary license. I reached out to them and they responded very promptly and kindly. Turns out the issue i was having was due to my own mistake. I had entered the email wrong on my application. They very quickly helped me to correct this and within 5 minutes I had my license printed out and ready to go. Can't recommend this service enough. The driving instructor Susan was so kind and helpful. She really helped get my license. She was so encouraging. However, the customer service between this location and the frisco location is poor. I originally booked with the Frisco location but they didn’t have availability. They transferred me to the Plano location and I noticed that there was a 40 dollar price difference. So I contacted them about refunding the $40 dollars and they told me that the two companies aren’t connected. I found out that, that isn’t true. She then told me she would let me know if they could refund me and she never contacted me back. I still would like my refund.
