Dr. Vo is seriously the most amazing human being I have ever come across. I have been a patient of hers for about 8 years and she is genuinely the only person I will ever trust with my eyes. She is compassionate which is extremely rare now a days. It's like she is never having a bad day, we always have great conversations. My father and uncle are her patients now as well, I try to refer as many people as I can to her.
The girl over the phone was very unprofessional and rude. I had to cancel my appointment.
I have been coming here for as long as it has been opened(6 years) but moved away for 2 of those years. I am back in Plano and needed to get new contacts so I made the appointment. First off after not being here for two years Dr. Vo recognized me right away and was so kind. I have always liked her because she is so personable, professional and sincere but I thought for sure she wouldn't remember me. We talked and she made me feel so special and overall just made my day. Also, want to say Jackie (employee) was fabulous as well. The employees she has working there are the same ones that she hired when she first opened Concept Eyecare...
