Kevin from Ardent SAVED the day! My husband was attempting something way out of his purview and was in it up to his eyeballs. We went to Morrison Plumbing supply in Plano and came across Kevin in the parking lot. My husband told Kevin of his situation and Kevin with Ardent was able to walk the guy at Morrison through what my husband needed for our issue. There was nothing in it for Kevin (although, my husband did offer to pay him for his expertise), yet Kevin still was happy and willing to assist.
