I have been paying Aptive for pest control for years and more specifically for at least 3 months after lawn man and swimming pool attendant both had stings - from yellowjackets. As always the tech was polite and professional. I was lied to by the sales person about price. But like I said service techs are efficient and professional, respectful and polite! That in itself is very important to me, thank you for that.

This was supposed to be our 3rd treatment. I was shocked that when the associate showed up he parked out front, sat in his truck, got out briefly but never even approached the house. We have a ring doorbell and 2 cameras and none went off. I was in my front garage and never saw him come up to house and have a worker do g work out back and he didn’t see him either. All cameras are working as they picked up both of us. He didn’t treat house at all and then sent a text asking for a 10 rating on service. We will be asking to cancel service since this is not acceptable and a breach of contract.
