Chris did an amazing job. We ended up having a broken drain pipe that had never been connected. Chris made sure he brought extra parts and different parts to complete the job. He was like a magician routing the pipes to connect to the existing pipes that were connected. Also, the guys that dug the tunnel did a great job. They made a very hard job look easy.
Everyone from the office staff to the plumbers to the diggers were phenomenal. Very professional & cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. Hope I don't have another slab leak in the future but if I do, I'm definitely using American Leak Detection.
It's terrible when you have a break in your sewer line. ALD found it, showed it to me, and verified that there were no other leaks in a very timely manner. It cost more than I hoped, but they did not hem and haw about what needed to be done and what the repairs would cost.
