I just wanted to share how pleased we are with the care my mother received at Covenant in Plainview. She wasn’t feeling well during Christmas and got worse on the 28th. You know when you don’t feel good, you don’t want to go sit in a waiting room just to hear, “it’s a virus” Anyway, she decided to go to the ER on the 31st after a scary night of fever, a cough, and tightness in her chest. From the moment we arrived she had GREAT service!! Front to back, every person that entered was polite and really seemed to care. More importantly Dr. Z ran every test, X-Ray, and bloodwork to ensure he wasn’t missing anything! It was back to back people entering and getting her taken care of. I am so thankful for the care shown and extra precautions being taken to ensure patients are cared for. It starts at the top and I am shouting it from the rooftops!! THANK YOU to every staff member for your role! ♥️ **She just had the flu and needed oxygen. She’s home now and recovering just fine.**
