Just one observation related to appointments. I always being on time and sometimes way earlier than my appointment. Yesterday I was stuck in traffic and for the first time ever I got 15 minutes late. I had to wait because they were busy and that's ok with me. But I immediately received a message in my phone from you saying that I was late and explained your policy...I thought it was kind of rude and out of touch you sent that kind of messages. Really made me feel like I don't want to come back again.
You need to find other ways of communicating your policy. It just was very rude.“

“The LaMaison team did a great job on the hair and makeup for my daughter’s wedding. The team of Janath, Marisol, and Dani, did hair and makeup for a large bridal party. They worked efficiently and helped make each member of the bridal party feel special. What I appreciated as the MOB, was the way LaMaison contracted the services by the hour, instead of per person. Some of my daughter’s friends wanted the full service, while others just needed help completing their look. It was amazing how much was accomplished in the time window and everyone left feeling beautiful!“

“You won't believe the fantastic day I had! My little one (she's six!) and I got mani-pedis, and it was her very first time. The salon was amazing – seriously, the best customer service I've ever experienced. They were so welcoming and made my daughter feel so comfortable, she's already begging to go back! And get this – they're open on Sundays! My nail tech was incredible, too. I've officially found my new go-to salon; it's that good! I'm so happy to have discovered such a great place and can't wait to go back again soon.

“I moved here recently and am so glad I found Deluxe Nails. The owners are so friendly and we’ve had some lovely chats! Kevin has done my nails twice now and did an amazing job. The first time I asked for a dip french manicure with a mid-width white tip, short and almond-shaped. The second time I got a dip oval manicure. Very reasonable prices and I’ve never had to wait to be seen. I will be coming here as long as we’re living in the area!“
