I was referred here from a well established reputable shop since they didn't have the appropriate apparatus to do an alignment on my particular car. I arrived without notice, my car in tow. Despite having a full roster, they allowed me to leave my car so I wouldn't have to trailer it back when they could get to it next week. I was so glad they didn't tell me I would have to bring it later when they're ready. I hated to leave it in the way because I know the value of space in this environment. They also said they'll check all suspension components for safety and proper function. I'm feeling pretty good about it so far!

Thanks for all your help in getting my vehicle ready before a trip and showing evidence for another shop to provide their expected warranty coverages. It took some more fighting with them to get it done, but your help really put it over the line. Thanks again, and I'm glad I've got my 2 care centers to go to now, that actually know each other because of the great work and help you guys provide. I am impressed! From my initial call with Evie and scheduling, their customer service is top tier. She answered all of my questions and was very informative. Fast forward to today, my appointment went as expected with the technician providing some recommendations but not in a pushy way like at the dealerships. I appreciate the honesty and hard work this shop provides. I own a small business and will start bringing my fleet vehicles here from now on. Thank you for the great service!
