“We went in to get my wife's hair cut. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and was extremely nervous and she wanted to donate her hair. Sarah took really good care of her. She eased her nerves and was extremely cooperative in discussing what she wanted and was very kind to her. Even asked if she could give my wife a hug.
