We used Texas John’s for our wedding and had to pay $350 to ensure they would pick them up by Sunday. On the next Tuesday, the company started calling me saying that they needed access to the airbnb that our wedding was held at to pick them up. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, beyond ready to put wedding stress beyond us, but here we were finding out they were two days late to pick up the port-a-potties even after we paid a hefty fee. Putting stress on us during the one week we were supposed to be able to let it all go was so, so disappointing to me.
