This is my third time using this company to pump my septic tank at my residence. I thought I was in the service area as per their website it shows my city , but this time I was charged a $30 fuel surcharge to come to my house. I am 25 miles from their location. The rates went up as well too. I wish this would of been communicated to me before the service call. Also the last two times the man ( he didn't tell me his name) keeps asking to put a hole in the lid to my septic tank instead of lifting it up to pump it! I don't want to have to replace the lid each time they come out . That would be costly and plus where would I go to find something like that ?? I mean its not...read full review
