My family and I recently moved into the sticks, we are city people so it's all very different but exciting and fun, oh and beautiful!! The sky is just so beautiful to look at, and the stars!! Any way it requires me to have a min word count, but to this company, they are patient , kind, professional, and helpful. God Bless, and take care.
This is my third time using this company to pump my septic tank at my residence. I thought I was in the service area as per their website it shows my city , but this time I was charged a $30 fuel surcharge to come to my house. I am 25 miles from their location. The rates went up as well too. I wish this would of been communicated to me before the service call. Also the last two times the man ( he didn't tell me his name) keeps asking to put a hole in the lid to my septic tank instead of lifting it up to pump it! I don't want to have to replace the lid each time they come out . That would be costly and plus where would I go to find something like that ?? I mean its not like I can just go buy it and put it in my car! That seems unnecessary to me.
Excellent and professional company. Showed up on time. Nice, courteous and very knowledgeable. Robert did his job very professionally and gave some tips to help with future issues. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks again.
