Serda's is THE place for a traditional haircut. Mr Gabriel Serda used to cut my hair when I was a kid. I remember my dad taking me there in the 70's and watching him get an old-school haircut and a straight razor shave. I'd say to myself "That's what I want when I'm big." In 1948 (shortly after having been released as a POW in WWII,) Mr Serda started cutting hair on E Bell street. You'll still see some of his old Army memorabilia in the shop. Unfortunately, Dón Gabriel passed away in 2007 but his son Javier still runs the shop just like his old man.
