“I never write reviews but this one deserves it. I go down to the valley & needed to leave on a short notice. I called this groomer and they were able to accommodate me on a busy Saturday! Mind you, he can be difficult and I knew this hence my hesitation when it comes to taking him to a new groomer. They called me with updates and when I picked my dog up, he seemed calm and not frightened by the staff which is a huge green flag for me! & shoutout the lady in the front who recommended CBD gummies to keep my dog relaxed during an 8 hr drive! 10/10“

“I’ve been taking my dogs Rockett, Chiquita and Petunia for some years now and we have 0 complaints. My females are not the easiest to groom, I know because I’ve tried myself, but the staff always notifies me with time if there is any issue with matting before they perform a cut. The staff has always been very welcoming and my pets like it. If Chiquita is excited to go when it’s grooming time, that tells me that the staff treats them well. She’s the one that’s the most untrusting when it comes to people.“

“My experience at North 10th Animal Hospital was fantastic! They genuinely care about their patients and clients! Dr. Chavez was amazing, she clearly is very passionate about the scope of her practice and provided a very knowledgeable and detailed treatment plan, without leaving any question unanswered. The staff was very personable and made the entire process easy, which many offices can’t say the same, especially in emergent situations. I will definitely be returning and having my pets care being handled by Dr. Chavez and the entire staff! ☺️“

“Flash Pet Salon is one of the best pet salons here in the RGV! There staff is kind and attentive. They answer questions clients may have to the best of their ability! I recently took my siberian husky Lily to get a Spa treatment/deshedding treatment and she came out stunning! The extra charging for dematting/deshedding services is ABSOLUTELY VALID AND UNDERSTANDABLE because it does take extra time and care to make sure our fur babies are looking and feeling their best 10/10 will be returning!“

“I called to see their prices on for a shihtzu and it was reasonable so I decided to give them a try. Well NO REGRETS. They did a GREAT job on grooming my dog and his coat was so shiny and he smelled FANTASTIC. I’ve taken him to other places trying to find a good groomer and never has he come out smelling this good :) It turns out they noticed he had an ear infection and informed us They were VERY knowledgeable and professional. A MUST try for anyone looking for a good dog groomer“
