We took in my son’s Nintendo Switch that wasn’t turning on. Other places told us is was the screen that needed to be fixed for $110. Good Geeks actually opened it up and discovered water damage that was the actual problem. They fixed it in about 15 min for $45. Great, honest, customer service.
Called to see if they had a part I needed for my xbox and I was told they did.. I went to go pick it up as soon as I walked in seemed like a nice a welcoming place. I appreciate him hooking it up definitely going to be the place to come to in the future

I visted thinking that they were self proclaimed professionals like every repair in the valley , but they are very different.
They are very knowledgeable and transparent which blew my mind since most shops dont explain anything and just make you pay.
As an ex IT I fully appreciate their service and plan to come back with repairs out of my scope.
