We recently used The Bug Out Pest Control for an ant issue in our home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Tommy came out first to assess the situation and was very thorough. Adolfo, our technician, was professional, informative, and made the whole process go smoothly. Scheduling was also a breeze thanks to Carmen, who was friendly and efficient. It isn’t very often that the owner of a company makes a personal inspection but Bug Off Pest Control is the exception. Tommy showed great concern and interest in our termite problem. He was quick to spot the problems and provide a solution. Everything was completed in a timely manner and Tommy returned during the process to inspect and he actually did some of the work to make sure his team provided the best service.
