Horrible place, got charged too much and expected to know everything from the beginning. Impatient and kept looking at the time the service was over instead of helping, then would say you need to buy more hours. I also noticed that they would ignore already payed clients as soon as a new one walked in the place, then if you tried calling for help they wouldn’t pick up the phone or would give you vague answers which leads to you paying for another service.

Owners are weird and never pick up the phone. They never taught my sister anything and we have to be constantly calling them to schedule her appointments to make her driving hours. The few times that they schedule her to drive, its super dark out and its harder for someone who is learning how to drive. They don’t open Friday’s or Saturday’s, basically the days students are able to go. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend, wish i could give them 0 stars.

Terrible place, horrible customer service, in this place you will only find scammers, they are only interested in money and once you pay, forget about the service for which you paid, I took my sister and stepfather to this place to take their exam, and I decided pay 3 hrs of driving for each one, the first problem was when they told me to take my stepfather to give him his 1 hr driving class and when I got to the place they told me that they never told me to go, then I took him another day and they gave him 2 classes, they agreed to talk to him and it was never like that, I was calling several times, and they never answered, a few days later I managed to talk to the woman's...read full review
