I’m extremely happy with the results of this project! Mr. Brandon applied a custom 60/40 compost and sand topdressing across my yard, and the difference is already noticeable exactly 6 weeks later. Everything was spread evenly at the right depth, and you can tell Mr. Brandon really knew what he was doing when it comes to lawn care. I appreciate how he explained the benefits—improving soil quality, breaking down thatch, and helping restore my lawn. This is my second time Mr. Brandon helping with restoring my yard. I’m really happy with the results from this service. My yard is roughly 7,000 sqft so doing a proper core aeration and top dressing myself is a massive undertaking that I just didn't have the time for this season.
The crew was professional and thorough. They pulled deep cores across the entire property and didn't rush the process. The top dressing was spread evenly, which has already helped level out some of the minor low spots.
Brandon was clear in his explanation and estimate. He took time to explain his process and the details to his recommendations.

CTX Lawn Levelling- scalped, aerated the yard and used their spectacular machines and special formula mixture of compost etc to level and enrich the yard. They did a great job and cleaned up well afterwards. Great communication and aftercare info.
