“I have been coming to this establishment for the last 5 yrs. In the last 2.5 yrs the professionalism of Melissa and the cleanliness of the facility excels. The beds are cleaned and the rooms are immaculate. Melissa greets every client that enters with a smile and personally by their name. Her warmth and attention to her clients is of the highest caliber. She truly cares about each client. She knows what beds to place a client in and hands them a clean folded towel. Melissa makes clients aware of what products are available and explain in length what each product does. She has all the products displayed beautifully on the shelves as well as at the desk. This establishments is truly bless having Melissa. Melissa is always on time and opens the facility on time. She greets everyone with a smile and provides attention to them. She gets to know her clients and meets their needs. I look forward to going to tan it all knowing there is a consistent, friendly and warm greeting professional. She is has spruced up and keeps the place in excellent condition which provides for a warm and wonderful place to relax while tanning.
